Hello, I am Jim Roberts and I am the owner and founder of WNY Metro Roberts Realty.

At Metro Roberts Realty we are the most multi-facetted company in our region. We are a four-pronged attack. We handle real estate sales, valuations, property preservation and real estate auctions.

Metro Property Preservation handles every aspect of preservation. Our clients range from large national companies to small local credit unions. We have staff available 7 days a week to assist you in all of your emergency preservation, REO, and any other servicing needs.

All of our contractors and staff are familiar with timeliness, compliance, and all aspects of requirements for HUD, VA, FNMA, FHMC, and local laws.

We have no subcontractor. All of the work performed by us is done by employees, and we feel having employees allows us to control all aspects of property preservation.

Metro Roberts Realty is the most dynamic real estate company in WNY. We have 7 offices, over 150 agents, and over 150 million dollars in sales. We use every possible technology to sell your home. We also have a weekly prime time TV show to expose our listings. We have had the highest market growth of any real estate company in WNY for two consecutive years as per Business First.

We also just launched the first of its kind Veteran Program. We are taking unemployed Veterans and sending them to real estate school and covering all their expenses for the 1st 12 months.

Jim Roberts Realty is a mid-size appraisal company. We handle all types of residential appraisals and broker price opinions (BPO’S). We also handle a variety of inspection services. We have 6 appraisers, 3 broker price opinion agents, and a full staff of support coordinators.

Metro Roberts’s Auctions are our newest venture. We launched our auction business in 2014 in hopes of adding the final piece to our business model.
